Pleasantly surprisingly good.

Because we were unable to stay where we had made reservations we were forced to find an alternative on the evening and it was incredibly smooth considering the circumstances. The receptionist was calm, professional and effective. The cleaning staff were also good and efficient in their work. Our stay was nearly perfect,...

If the place was clean and staff flexible, would be great.

The view from the bed if very nice. Apartment in general is comfortable (if is clean), with enough kitchenware to prepare basic food.

Just when I entered, I noticed a sticky floor. Almost everywhere. I reported to the staff saying that maybe they didn't rinse the soap (considering they cleaned the apartment) and he said they would do something. Complained the next day again (twice) to another guy. I even asked for some material so I could do it myself to avoid stepping on that disgusting floor. The guy said he would send someone in a few minutes. I left to the beach two hours after that. When I came back in the evening, nothing was done. They ask not to use towels as mat. That is fine but they should put a mat or two since there are two bathrooms. I asked for a mat but they also didn't fulfill my request. When I checked in, I asked for a one hour late checkout and he said that I should request on last day. Last day, I asked to the late checkout and was denied. Answer was simple and non negotiable. Checkout is 11. Why the guy on day one instructed to ask the lest day ?
